Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Products returned without original packaging or tags may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear photos and an unboxing video of the product.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
